If you are a registered Member of French-Union, you may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason. If you elect to terminate your membership you need to contact French-Union and such termination will only occur when French-Union confirm the termination of your membership. French-Union may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, without informing you about it. If French-Union terminates your membership because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of the fees that you paid to French-Union. Even in the case if your membership has been terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect and you agree to be legally bound by its terms and conditions.
The Services of French-Union are for personal use of individual users only.
Any content posted to the French-Union, through its Contact Form, Add URL Form, Add Article Form or to any other address of French-Union, by electronic or any other means, will become the property of French-Union and by posting any content to French-Union you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to French-Union an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, world-wide rights to use, display and distribute this content by any means known and yet to be discovered, and use this content for any purpose whatsoever, without any notice or compensation to you, including without limitation, the using on the Site and preparing derivative works of, or incorporating into other works. French-Union will not be liable to you or anyone else for any use it makes of your submission of any content to French-Union.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information about yourself when using the Site and its Services, posting comments and/or any other content to the Site, and in communication with other Members. Although French-Union cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the Site, it is also a breach of this Agreement to use any contacts entered through the Site and the Services for any illegal activities, abusing, harassing or harming another person.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Members. French-Union accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any disputes you may have with other Members. French-Union may, in its sole discretion, monitor such disputes but it is not obliged to do so.

Refund Policy

You, the member, may cancel this agreement, within 7 Days from your initial subscription date without penalty or obligation.

a) Your request for a refund;
b) The reason(s) for your refund request (feedback to help us improve the site);
c) Your french-union.com login and email address.

Refunds will only be given for Credit/Debit Card, Online Check.

We will REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT of your subscription unless:
a) This is NOT the first time you have subscribed to our service.
b) You cancel your subscription agreement after the first 7 Days of your subscription period.
c) Your purchased subscription period was less than one month in duration.
d) Payment was made via Money Order, Western Union or Telephone Billing.

french-union.com services that were available due to your subscription activation will be unavailable upon early cancellation.

Each individual is entitled to a maximum of ONE refund only - regardless of how many accounts they hold or have held.

You may resign at any time. When you remove your profile, your billing stops immediately, and no new charges will be billed to you unless you re-instate your subscription agreement. However, if you resign after the first 7 Days of an initial subscription term, you will not receive a refund for any days remaining in your subscription. You (or your estate) will not receive a refund for any days remaining in a subscription unless:
1) you resign within 7 Days of your initial term;
2) you become disabled before the end of your subscription period (such that you are unable to use the services of french-union.com);

DISCLAIMER: FRENCH-UNION WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS AND DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF FRENCH-UNION, AS WELL AS ANY OF FRENCH-UNION PARTNERS, AGENTS, ADVERTISERS AND AFFILIATES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE USE OF THE SITES, THE INABILITY TO USE THE SITES, ANY SERVICES PURCHASED FROM THE SITES, ANY MESSAGES RECEIVED IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITES, ANY TRANSACTIONS AND CONTACTS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SITES OR INFORMATION THAT YOU OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITES, IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. FRENCH-UNION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ACTIONS TAKEN BY ITS MEMBERS IN THEIR PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH EACH OTHER AS WELL AS IN RELATIONSHIPS WITH THEIR RELATIVES, FRIENDS AND OTHER ACQUAINTANCES. FRENCH-UNION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCORRECT INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY ITS MEMBERS, EITHER IT WAS DONE PURPOSEFULLY OR DUE TO NEGLIGENCE. FRENCH-UNION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IF ANY OF ITS INFORMATION IS OUTDATED DUE TO NEGLIGENCE OF ITS MEMBERS TO INFORM FRENCH-UNION ABOUT CHANGES IN THEIR INFORMATION.
